Last week we read that when Jesus died on the cross, the temple curtain was torn in two.  The curtain tearing
symbolized that the separation between sinful man and a Holy God was over.

Salvation has come to all people, not just the Jews and the nation of Israel.

Romans 11:11  Again I ask:  Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery?  Not at all!  Rather, because of their
transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles (non Jews) to make Israel envious.

Romans 11:17  If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been
grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap.

Romans 11:23  And if they (Gentiles) do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft
them in again.

Gentiles (non Jews) who believe have been grafted into the family of God.  As believers, Gentiles
have received salvation.  No longer is salvation just for the Israel nation.
