Fantastic sun rays striking through clouds. Graphic effects are applied for a more dramatic image

Welcome and thanks for reading.  As we read in Nephilim 8, after the flood, humans became exposed to unfiltered
shortwave radiation from the sun.  This caused humans to live shorter lives and grow shorter in height.

But why were some people still very tall after the flood?  For example, Goliath was 9 feet tall.

The reason is simple.  Some people were genetically affected at a slower rate than others.  Some people
or tribes had strong genetic makeup.

For example, the Anakites were large people after the flood.  They were like the Nephilim or “fallen ones of old”
(before the flood).

On the other hand, the Israelites grew smaller at a faster rate than the Anakites.  That is why the Israelite spies
were afraid when they entered the Promised Land.  Numbers 13:32-33  … The land we explored devours those
living in it.  All the people we saw there are of great size.  We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak
come from the Nephilim).

Also, the Israelites were slaves in Egypt.  They were abused and suffered malnutrition for many years.  This pro-
bably contributed to them being affected by the shortwave radiation quicker than the Anakites.

I can think of one more reason why some people were affected by the shortwave radiation at a faster rate than
others.  Tribes began to mix.  People of strong genetic makeup began mixing with people of weaker genetic make-
up.  Their offspring became less genetically strong.

Eventyally, everyone (including the Anakites) grew shorter and lived less than 120 years.  Currently, it’s rare if a
person is over 7 feet tall and extremely rare if a person is over 8 feet tall.

Next week, the conclusion to the Nephilim.

Thank you so much for reading.  God bless.

Jeff
