A Final Note:  If an individual decides to marry, Gods standard is to not marry a person that has been divorced un-
less they are divorced because their marital partner was unfaithful.

Malachi 2:6  “I hate divorce,” says the Lord.

Mathew 19:9  I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness and marries another
woman commits adultery.

Mathew 5:32  But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to be-
come an adulteress and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.

Why is this important to the Lord?

Mark 10:6  “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’  ‘For this reason a man will leave
his father and mother and be united to his wife, and THE TWO WILL BECOME ONE FLESH.’  So they are no longer
two but one.”

Divorce breaks the union of becoming one flesh.  It breaks the highest level of physical intimacy
that was created by God.

If you have already married a divorced individual whose former spouse was not unfaithful, remem-
ber that we live in a time of grace.  God is forgiving and wants to bless your current marriage.  God
still has an unmeasurable love for both you and your spouse.

Next week a second final note.

Thank you so much for reading.  God bless.
